New LTE Infrastructure and 5G Course Available Now: [WR9610]

Comprised of four lessons, this course is designed for those looking to advance their understanding of LTE network performance optimization and infrastructure choices.

What does WR9610 include?

This webinar course covers a range of topics. Starting with key challenges and recommended best practices for optimizing LTE infrastructure (including technologies such as C-RAN, MIMO and PIM), course lessons give an overview of capacity optimization and densification strategies and solutions for modern cell networks, before examining the future of 5G and it’s impact on infrastructure.

This course is self-paced, with no assessment. Once students have completed all webinars, they will receive a certificate that may be self-printed.

The four course lessons cover:

  • Lesson One: LTE Infrastructure Best Practice
  • Lesson Two: Optimizing outdoor networks for capacity
  • Lesson Three: Densification strategies for outdoor network capacity
  • Lesson Four: Looking forward to 5G

Students studying WR9610 should already have an understanding of RF path components and terminology, plus understand RF fundamentals. Before taking WR9610, we recommend that students also take the SP6500 (RF Wireless Fundamentals) and SP6160 (PIM/VSWR certification) courses.
